Description 330-PS-2962 (USN 708703): Tell Navy Small Business Story. Mr. George F. Motter, (left), of George F. Motter’s Sons, points out a detail in sub-assembly of the three-inch, 50 caliber Navy anti-aircraft gun to Vice Admiral C.W. Fox, Chief of Naval Material, and Mr. W.G. Blessing , (right), on the Blaw-Knox Company, prime contractor for the gun. The three appeared on a television show “Pentagon-Washington” to tell how the Navy, small business, and large business are welded into a hard hitting defense production team.
