Description 330-PS-6527 (USN 709112): Connie Coursey of the California School for the Blind examines the neckerchief of Storekeeper Second Class Hugh D. Riggs, during her visit to the Military Sea Transportation Service carrier USS Sitkoh Bay. She was one of fifteen youngsters from the California School for the Blind who were recent guests This was the second time that these youngsters were guests of MSTS. Photographed at Alameda, California, February 16, 1954. (4/7/2015).
