Description 330-PSA-23-62 (USN 711006): Artist’s Conception of Composite I Payload Separation Sequence showing Solar Radiation IV to the right, and top to bottom center, Army Corps of Engineers Ranging and Calibration Satellite, Lofti II and Injun II. Surcal I is the drumlike attachment at the base of the payload support structure. The antenna protruding downward from the end of the rack is part of the Surcal instrumentation. Photograph released January 24, 1962. (9/29/2015).
