  • Transferred to 146th Tactical Fighter Squadron, PA Air National Guard, 1989
  • Struck off charge at Pittsburgh IAP Air Reserve Station, PA. after cracks were found in airframe, 1992
  • Currently preserved at Brooke-Hancock County Veterans Memorial Park Weirton, WV.
