Summary edit

Description
English: 3D structure model of the CXCR4 chemokine receptor in complex with the small molecule antagonist IT1t. The stucture model was rendered using PyMol 0.99 based on the X-ray crystal structure data from a CXCR4-T4 lysozyme fusion protein in complex with IT1t (PDB 3OE9; Wu B, Chien EY, Mol CD, et al. (October 2010). "Structures of the CXCR4 Chemokine GPCR with Small-Molecule and Cyclic Peptide Antagonists". Science. DOI:10.1126/science.1194396. PMID 20929726.).
