Description 428-GX-USN-1140819: Pacific Ocean. The remains of an A-7 “Corsair II” attack aircraft on the flight deck of USS Enterprise (CVN 65). The aircraft was destroyed as the ship was conducting air operations 75 miles south of Pearl Harbor. Photographed by PH1 W.R. Dapper, January 14, 1969.
