English: In this ultra high definition video a self-imposed male (age 45) demonstrates one way of performing testicular masturbation. He also uses a rubber ball ring and lubricant. It is possible to achieve an orgasm and to ejaculate without penile stimulation. The orgasm may be different from an orgasm induced by penile stimulation. The subject achieves a mild orgasm and ejaculates some semen (partial ejaculation).
Testicles are very sensitive organs having lots of nerve endings.
