Description
Català: Edifici a Pere IV cantonada Sant Joan de Malta - Castella (Poblenou, Barcelona) anomenat "El Gurugú". L'edifici data de 1909 (signatura del projecte 21 d’agost de 1907). El nom de Gurugú se li va donar popularment en ser l'edifici més alt del barri en al·lusió a la muntanya de 890 metres que destaca a la costa rifenya i on havien mort en combat nombrosos soldats barcelonins que formaven part de les tropes colonials. La pressió dels llogaters pel mal estat de l'edifici va fer que el seu propietari Antonio de P. Martí i Casanovas els hi vengués l'any 1980 i entre 1983 i 1984 aquests van fer una primera rehabilitació i ja al 2002 una segona.
