English: 4 Elgin Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin. This was the home of the barrister Edward Graves Mayne 1823-87, the son and grandson of Dublin lawyers 943640. Edward was known for his interest in Queensland where he bought land operated as a farm station. He became the first Registrar of Melbourne University, and read a paper for the Royal Dublin Society on "Queensland as a Field for Emigration".
