Français : Lille– Les Ruines de la Grande Guerre. - Maison du Bon Génie. Avant la Première Guerre Mondiale la Maison du Bon Génie se trouvait rue du Vieux marché aux Moutons. En apparence, cette rue n'existe plus, mais la rue du Molinel reprend le même tracée entre la rue Saint Genois et la rue de Tournai. Une autre photo de la Maison du Bon Génie a été reprise pour une carte postale ayant pour légende «Rue du Vieux Marché aux Poulets, où l'incendie de la Ville commença»*. La confusion entre la rue du Vieux Marché aux Poulets et la rue du Vieux Marché aux Moutons est assez évidente ; preuve en serait à la vue du cliché ci-dessus où la visibilité, certes réduite de la nef de l'église qui s'étend de la droite du clocher, d'Ouest en Est, permet de lever le dernier doute pour une bonne localisation des lieux**. Il semble que la photo ait été prise de l'intérieur du magasin ou plus vraisemblablement d'une cour attenante à l'immeuble.
