"5 Happiness" on Carrollton Avenue, which had been one of the city's favorite Chinese Restaurants. (Electricity is now back in this neighborhood and I saw work going on on a subsideary building; no word on if/when the restaurant plans or hopes to reopen. -- March 2006)
