Description
English: This is all-brass 7.65x53mm Argentine ammunition. Note that the bullets and shell-casings are the same color. These bullets have some serious character and are beautiful to look at for that reason. I do not know for sure if they are surplus, but all of them are made by FM MAP (Fabricaciones Militares). The headstamps have some apparent dates: 1941, 1947 and 1948. The only reason I am posting this photo is, other than showing off the interesting look of these cartridges, is because this is a not very well known caliber (when I got these, I couldn't even identify them) and, as such, there are not many photos. I think there are three or four. I was given these at an ammunition show by a man who had some empty vintage ammunition boxes and extra ammo he couldn't sell (some .30-06 blanks and these 7.65mm Argentine rounds). Now these are some of my favorite rounds in my entire collection. All of these are from my personal ammunition collection.
