Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_88517_20220502_180216-01.jpeg Notes: ב-1928 ארבעה יזמים יהודים מדרום אפריקה: חיים יבה, האחים פילים ולואיס מוליקנסקי ומקס גורלנה רכשו כ-1000 דונם מאדמות קוביבה ויסדו את אחוזת המטעים גן - רווה. לאחר מאורעות 1929 נוסד בשכנות מושב הבולגרים בית חנן.(וראשל"צ) בתקופת המרד הערבי הגדול היא הייתה חלק ממערך ההגנה. הבית בסגנון המשלב סגנון קולוניאלי ואקלקטי בהשפעת המהגרים החדשים שהגיעו לארץ ישראל בשנות העשרים, מארצות ה''עולם החדשי" והשפעת השלטון המנדטורי. הבית יושב וננטש לסירוגין. ב-1992 שוקם המקום, שוחזר והפך לגן ואולם אירועים שנקרא ''האחוזה".
