Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_93600_20221024_162340.jpg Notes: מצפה דדו נמצא במושבה מטולה על הר הצפייה בגובה 600 מטר מעל פני הים.המצפה קרוי על שמו של רב אלוף דוד אלעזר, דדו שהיה רמטכ""ל במלחמת יום הכיפורים.הנופים הנשקפים מהתצפית הם עמק החולה מדרום, הרי הגולן והחרמון ממזרח ועמק עיון והרי הלבנון מצפון. מתחת להר, נמצאת המושבה , שמוקפת משלושת עבריה בגבול הלבנון.שמה של מטולה על שם הכפר הערבי אומטלה, שפירושו משקיף על הסביבה. סמוך למצפה על הגבול בין ישראל ללבנון נמצאת "הגדר הטובה" אותה יזם שר הבטחון שמעון פרס ז"ל, שכללה סיוע אזרחי, רפואי וכלכלי לתושבי דרום לבנון.
