English: Video of in vivo ventral furrow invagination: arm-mutant genotype. Video using multi-photon images of in vivo transverse cross-sections of an arm-mutant embryo during ventral furrow formation. The embryo is labelled with Sqh-GFP and is oriented with its dorsal surface upward.
