Description
English: Movie showing SBD-OG (green; incubated for 15 min at 5 µM, 25°C)) and Dextran-Alexa670, 10kDa (blue) in Drosophila c6 neurons after 90 min chase, when colocalization drops to a moderate level (∼40%). SBD-carrying vesicles can be seen fusing with Dextran-carrying vesicles in three of the cells shown, which may represent fusion in late endolysosomal compartments. Individual confocal fluorescence images were collected every 1 sec over 1 min 15 sec of real time, and assembled at 30fps.
