English: Intravital imaging video of circulating platelets in saphenous arteries of a CD41-ZsGreen1 transgenic rat. Male CD41-ZsGreen1 transgenic rats were anesthetized, the left saphenous artery was exposed. Fluorescence was measured every 0.05 s using a confocal laser microscope.
