English: Time-lapse confocal image avi movie 1. Monomeric red fluorescent protein (mRFP)-lifeact dynamics in the same SW480 cell before and after treatment with Y27632. Boxed 25 × 25 μm squares in the lefthand panel are zoomed in on the righthand panel. Time-lapse series were recorded every 2 seconds for 2 minutes, per cell and treatment.
