English: Movie 2. Recovery of Cdk9 at HIV-1 transcription sites, in the presence of Tat. CDK9-GFP was bleached at HIV-1 transcription site and stacks of images were taken every 3 seconds during 3 minutes after the bleach to monitor the recovery.
