Description The following is the author's description of the photograph quoted directly from the photograph's Flickr page.
"An U.S. Air Force pilot takes his OA/A-10 Thunderbolt II observation / attack aircraft into a snap roll, to dive thousands of feet, to continue his low level close air support mission on 26 March 2006. He had just completed an air refueling with a KC-135R/T Stratotanker. The Thunderbolt II is deployed to the 355th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan, from the 355th Fighter Squadron, Eielson, Air Force Base Alaska. The KC-135R/T is deployed to the 22 Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron, Manas Air Base, Kyrgyz Republic, from the 92nd Air Refueling Wing, Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash.
