Description

Une monnaie d’une drachme en billon d’un roi « Nezak » au nom inconnu de la vallée de Kaboul en Afghanistan sans doute Hephtalite après 560 AD. A/ Le buste du roi tourné vers la droite, bouche ouverte, portant une grande boucle d’oreille composé d’un anneau et de 2 perles, surmonté une coiffure (une couronne ?) à ailes et d’une tête de taureau. Son costume est perlé et fermé par un nœud se terminant par des ailes. . Inscription en pehlevi : (à lire de droite à gauche, mknezk) Nezak Malka ou Nezak Shah. Derrière la tête, la lettre a. R/Au centre, autel du feu avec des flammes au sommet ; de chaque côté, des servants surmontés de disques (solaires ?) avec 8 rayons intérieurs (comme des roues) ; de chaque côté des servants en bas, une contremarque. Dimension : 25,84 mm Poids : 3,3 g.
