Español: 22 de octubre de 1921. El transporte público es uno de los servicios más importantes para la comunidad. Viña del Mar, ya antes de convertirse en ciudad, tendrá por su territorio el paso del ferrocarril; posteriormente se irán incorporando nuevos servicios como los carros de sangre y el tranvía. En la sesión del 22 de octubre de 1921, trató el municipio sobre la adjudicación de la Compañía de Tranvía para tender las líneas en la comuna, se señala que la compañía deberá informar a la municipalidad antes del 30 de octubre si acepta las bases establecidas por la corporación, para su ejecución. |
