Description
Türkçe: Kiliseye ait olan bu resim benim tarafımdan çekilmiştir. AKBÜK RUM ORTODOKS KİLİSESİ; Bina ,1870 yılında tek nefli ,ortada kubbe yanlarda ise tonoz örtülü olarak yapılmıştır.1893 yılında ise mevcut portal kapısı ve duvarı yapılmıştır; ancak , portal dışında bahçede orijinal bahçe duvarı izine rastlanamamıştır. Yapı bir çok dönemde farklı fonksiyonlarda kullanılmıştır. 1950 de Akbük Kazıklı Nahiyesi nin mahallesi olmuştur. Aynı yıl Kilise Camii olarak kullanılmaya başlanılmıştır. 1955 de Akbük Kazıklı Nahiyesinden ayrılıp müstakil köy kimliğine girmiştir. 1957 den 1975 e kadar ilk okul olarak hizmet vermiştir. 1975 den itibaren 2006 yılına kadar geçen 31 yıllık süreçte kaderine terk edilerek sahipsiz ve define avcılarının acımasız darbelerine dayanmaya çalışmış olup; 2006 yılında Belediye Başkanı; Sayın İBRAHİM ŞAM ın sahiplenmesi ve çabalarına Ani Anıtsal Yapıları Koruma Ltd.Şti ve Mimar M.Fikri AKTAN ın özverili çalışmaları eklenerek , Haziran 2007 tarihinde restore edilerek, KÜLTÜR MERKEZİ Olarak yeniden hizmete girmiştir.
