English: A villager speaks to an Afghan National Army special forces soldier outside an Afghan Local Police checkpoint in Tagaw district, Uruzgan province, Afghanistan, April 14. The soldiers support the ALP by routinely visiting the area's checkpoints to determine if additional resources, training or assets are needed to enhance the ALP's ability to provide village-level security.
