Description
English: Situated in Lucknow and overseen by Nawab Asaf-ud-Daula British residency was the focal point of the siege of Lucknow in 1857 and refuge area for roughly 3000 British inhabitants , the canon here still placed waiting to protect those behind its cover , ready to destroy anyone who comes closer .
हिन्दी: ब्रिटिश रेजीडेंसी लखनऊ के उन चुनिंदा इमारतों का समूह है जिसे नवाब आसफ-उद-दौला ने अपने देख रेख में बनवाया था। इसके परिसर में रखी ये तोपे अपने शरणार्थीओ की सुरक्षा में कड़ी है।
