Summary edit

Description

A resident eagle of the Indian Subcontinent, the bird is known for its preference for snake diet. In this area, it had competition from 3 other raptors, a Oriental Honey Buzzard, White-Eyed Buzzard and a Sparrowhawk. All of them were tailing each other to dominate the airspace.

While the Eagle was the largest, the Sparrowhawk being the smallest was the most agile in terms of changing directions and ease of flying. They tailed each other for over 2 hours and then went their own ways. Unfortunately, the action was too far for the lens, so we just enjoyed the show.

Many thanks in advance for your views and feedback. Much appreciated.
