Description
English: A U.S. Marine Corps role player looks through the scope of an M249 light machine gun at a Marine assigned to the ground combat element of Security Cooperation Task Force, African Partnership Station 2012 during a mechanized patrol through Combat Town, an urban operations training complex at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., May 21, 2012. The training represented the first time since the activation of the task force that members of the ground combat element's rifle platoon conducted combat simulations with their mechanized counterparts.
