English: A U.S. Navy rigid-hull inflatable boat launches from the well deck of the afloat forward staging base USS Ponce (AFSB(I) 15) during International Mine Countermeasures Exercise (IMCMEX) 13 in Qatar May 14, 2013. IMCMEX is an international symposium and exercise designed to enhance cooperation, mutual maritime capabilities and long-term regional stability between the U.S. and its international partners.
