Summary
editDescriptionA church without a name^ - geograph.org.uk - 904199.jpg |
English: A church without a name? This somewhat unusual building is set back from Kimberley Terrace (or Mill Hill or Mill Loke - depending on whether one chooses to go by the street signs or by information given by OS maps), near the village hall and playing field > 904168. It is surrounded by terraced and semi-detached houses and a road (called Leeds Way, according to OS maps) leads past it on the other side.
The building looks like a small church and a place of worship is indeed marked on OS maps and Magicmap for this location. However, there is no church information board which might give a clue to the name or denomination of this church, as in fact no information at all could be found on the Internet. Typically, there was nobody nearby who could have been asked either. |
