Red breccia Bull. Archaic period. (The inscription is modern.)( No. 29,211.) No. 61. Red breccia bull inscribed with the nameand titles of Teta, king of Egypt, B.C. 3266. The objectitself is very much older than the reign of Teta, and datesfrom the Archaic period ; the inscription was added to it afew years ago by a native of Egypt, who hoped by sodoing to increase its market value. (No. 29,211.) No. 62. Alabaster vase inscribed with the name and titles of Ra-meri Pepi (I.), (^jT; ^ (SWj - kmS of Egypt, B.C. 3233; the inscription is painted green.(Plate VII.) (No. 22,559.)
