Description
English: This man was very calm but clearly disoriented. Note the wound in his head. He said he was shot at but he was lucky and he ducked. The medic said it was from the storm and unlikely a gunshot. New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina: Temporary volunteer staffed emergency medical center set up in the Algiers section at the Masjid Bilal Islamic Temple, on Teche Street at Socrates Street.
