Description
English: A map of the county palatine of Lancaster : divided into hundreds and parishes, from an actual survey made in the years 1828 and 1829.

Large scale coloured map of Lancashire, engraved by James Bingley, 57 Charles Street City Road. Below the title is a vignette view of the New Custom House, Liverpool, engraved by W. Woolnoth after R.I. Barrow.

Composite map; coloured; map: 1550 x 1050 mm; sheet: 1610 x 1120 mm; folded to 270 x 150 mm.

Now in the collection of the University of Manchester.
