Summary edit

Description
English: A millennium milepost These mileposts, 1000 of which are located around the National Cycle Network, come in a few main varieties: this one belongs to the most common kind in Scotland, the "Cockerel" type, designed by Scottish sculptor Iain McColl, and influenced by Miro's "The Fork" and Branusci's "The Cock". The post shown here stands beside a cycle route that passes through this point on the way from Aberfoyle to Cobleland.
