POPULATION AND TOWNS. The inhabitants are Bicol, Tagalog, and Yisayan, and speak those languages. San Pascual, on the NW. extremity, is the chief town. It has a port fronting thelittle island Busin, and is surrounded by a multitude of islands and shoals, formingnarrow channels. It has, together with the village of Claveria, a population of 1,690;these with the few others in the five little villages iiot far distant, constitute the totalpopulation, 1,703, estimated.
