Description
English: This is a woman frying garri which is made from grinded cassava flour. After the peeled cassava has been grinded, it is dried, sifted and then fried in this big pot we call ugbugba.

When she is through frying it, she will leave the freshly grinded ones on the mat for hours for it to cool.

Garri is also called cassava flakes.
