Summary edit

Description

Crossing the Clackamas River at Portland Avenue in Gladstone, Oregon. According to Wikipedia:

"In the early 20th century, a trolley line operated by the now-defunct Portland Traction Company connected Oregon City with Portland; remnants of this line are still visible (such as an abandoned bridge across the Clackamas River, just east of the OR-99E bridge)."

I just discovered this lovely old thing today, on my way home from the dentist. I think I'll return for some more shots the next time it's foggy. (Should be soon.)
