English: The first, already gutted, residential buildings of the Stuttgart-Rot housing estate, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Built from 1949-1950 according to plans by architect Eugen Zinsmeister (Rotweg 58-62, Fleiner Straße 6-16, Fleiner Straße 9-11 and Fleiner Straße 13-15. As part of the International Building Exhibition 2027 StadtRegion Stuttgart (IBA'27), the area now known as "Quartier am Rotweg" will be completely redeveloped. Demolition of the buildings began in December 2023.
Deutsch: Die ersten, bereits entkernten, Wohngebäude der Siedlung Stuttgart-Rot, Baden-Württemberg, Deutschland. Erbaut von 1949-1950 nach Plänen des Architekten Eugen Zinsmeister (Rotweg 58-62, Fleiner Straße 6-16, Fleiner Straße 9-11 und Fleiner Straße 13-15. Im Rahmen der Internationalen Bauausstellung 2027 StadtRegion Stuttgart (IBA’27) wird das nun als "Quartier am Rotweg" bezeichnete Areal komplett neu bebaut. Der Abriss der Gebäude begann im Dezember 2023.
