Wolff (nahe dem Soennecken-Mausoleum) auf dem Poppelsdorfer Friedhof in Bonn; bemerkenswertes Beispiel eines nicht christlich-religiösen Bildmotivs: eine Frau steht am Meer und winkt zum Abschied ihrem Mann zu, der auf (die letzte) große Reise geht; das Meer als Symbol des Todes (als Ende des alten Kontinents), aber auch der Verheißung (als Mittler zwischen dem alten Kontinent und einem neuen).
