Description
Deutsch: Der Westbau von Maria Laach kombiniert in spannungsvoller Harmonie und Symmetrie runde und rechteckige Baukörper. Der monumentale Bau (erbaut zwischen 1093 und 1230) steht in engem Zusammenhang mi den großen Kaiserdomen in Speyer, Mainz und Worms. Er wurde zum Inbegriff romanischer Kunst und fehlt in keiner Baustilkunde.
