Description
Русский: Типичная схема установки акустооптического модулятора. Проиллюстрированы включенное и выключенное состояния.
  • 1 – входной луч
  • 2, 9 – фокусирующие линзы
  • 3 – оптический прозрачный твёрдый материал. Скошенная сторона препятствует отражению звука в обратном направлении и формированию стоячей волны.
  • 4 – звукопоглощяющий материал
  • 5 – бегущая звуковая волна и созданные ей периодические изменения показателя преломления среды
  • 6 – пьезоэлектрический излучатель, преобразующий электрический сигнал в ультразвуковую волну
  • 7 – проходящий луч (максимум нулевого порядка дифракции)
  • 8 – отклонённые лучи (максимумы прочих порядков дифракции), которые возникают только при наличии звуковой волны
  • 10 – выходной луч, существует только при подаче сигнала на излучатель 6
  • 11 – апертура, позволяющая выйти только требуемому дифракционному максимуму
