Permission
(Reusing this file)
This image is cropped from an photo found at https://wfpp.columbia.edu/pioneer/ccp-anita-stewart/ uploaded as File:Actor Anita Stewart on a 10-inch Ceramic Souvenir Plate. Vitagraph Studios publicity item.jpg. The EXIF data for the original photo states it was taken in 2011 which means it's almost certainly under copyright protection and thus was incorrectly uploaded under a {{PD-US-no notice}} license. The photographed plate, however, is said to date back to 1916 which means that it is too old for the artwork on it to still be under copyright protection in the US (the country of origin) and thus acceptable under a {{PD-US-expired}} license. The artwork was cropped from the original per COM:GL/P#Crop a commemorative plate so as to remove any 3D elements of the plate which might still be seen as copyright protected.
