English: Ada Cummings Levere grew up on a small farm at Bishop's Corners near Highway 41 on what is called Wintergreen Road. Her father and mother, Edward and Annie (Bishop) as well as Ada, had 6 other children: Frieda, Ida, Myrtle, Elsie, Edmond and Merton.

Ada was born 8 November 1909. The family had also become a surrogate family for Mary Hoffman around 1918 when Mary lost her family. Ada married Percy Levere on May 1st, 1926. Percy worked at many jobs in the area most notably with the Department of Highways.
On their farm at Bishop's Corners, Ada and Percy had 5 children. Laura, Allen, June, Joyce,and Doral. Around 1935 the family moved to a log house located about 2 km north of Cloyne on Highway 41. They proceeded to have 2 more children, Laurence and Lenora. Percy passed away September 4th, 1960.
Outside of raising children, Ada spent her working day at Camp Mazinaw, Sawyer Stoll Lumber Company, Shaw's Restaurant in Kaladar and a long spell at Northwestern Hospital in Toronto. Upon her retirement from the hospital, Ada returned to Cloyne to a new house south of Cloyne, since the log homestead had been demolished due to highway expansion.
She eventually moved to Pine Meadow Nursing Home and died December 28th, 1997. Her legacy remains with 19 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren.
