- Ego adalbertus promitto stabilitatem meam et conversionem morum meorum et obedienciam iuxta regulam sancti benedicti coram domino et omnibus sanctis eius et abbate augustino presente
Čeština: Tzv. profesní lístek sv. Vojtěcha. Překlad zní: "Já, Adalbert (Vojtěch), slibuji stálost mravů a poslušnost řeholi svatého Benedikta, před Pánem a všemi jeho svatými a opatem Augustinem". Písemnost tradičně uváděna jako slib sv. Vojtěcha, nicméně písmo odpovídá pozdější době (snad konci 11. století). Dnes uloženo v Národní archiv, f. Benediktini Břevnov, inv. č. 191.[1]
Polski: Ja Adalbertus przyrzekam wytrwanie, zachowanie się i posłuszeństwo podług reguły św. Benedykta, wobec Boga i wszystkich Świętych Jego i opata Augustyna
