Patrick Walsh, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, poses for a photo with Samoa’s Police Commissioner, Lilomaiava Fou Taiolo at Samoa’s National Police Headquarters. Walsh is visiting Samoa as part of a U.S. delegation led by Assistant Secretary for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Kurt Campbell, engaging in discussions to enhance bilateral political, economic and security relations in the region. The delegation also includes Office of the Secretary of Defense South/Southeast Asia Principal Director Brig. Gen. Richard Simcock and U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Assistant Administrator Nisha Biswal.
