Deutsch: Die Heidelandschaft mit typischen Birken, Wacholder und dem blühenden Heidekraut (Erika) gehörte zum künstlerischen Repertoire des Dichters Hermann Löns. Hier erfährt es seine Umsetzung in der Landschaftsmalerei als beliebtes Motiv der 1930 Jahre. Der Maler Adolf Rheinert war Mitglied der Düsseldorfer Schule und des Künstlervereins „Malkasten“.
English: The heathland with typical birches, junipers and the blooming heather (Erika) was part of the artistic repertoire of the poet Hermann Löns. Here it experiences its implementation in landscape painting as a popular motif of the 1930s.
