Local grade listed groundfloor house. (Northern) Zerkowitz House. Plaque: ~~"Zerkowitz houses. Two houses of identical appearance were built in 1894 by Albert Zerkowitz, a wine merchant Beneath them lies the now 6-meter-high, 1500 sqm cellar system that used to be walkable with carts under the somezedos bowls The company of national importance, founded in 1805, had a depot in Vienna when it ceased to exist in 1931. Here they handled 4000 hl of wine in their ace barrels. The memorial plaque was erected by VIN 2000 Kft. in 2004."- 33 Ady Endre Street, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary

Zerkowitz Leopold (1789 Óbuda – 1860 Nagykanizsa) fia Zerkowitz Albert (1822 Nk. – 1902 Nk.) az egyesületi tűzoltás létrejötte előttszervezője és vezetője volt a tűz elleni védekezésnek a városban, e házakba /33-35 szám?/ települt borkereskedő cégét 1891-ben alapította..
