| Description | Un plato de 'Aeropuerto' servido en un chifa de la ciudad de Huaraz (Región Ancash, Perú). El aeropuerto consiste en la mezcla de dos platos tradicionales del chifa (comida chino-peruana) que son el 'arroz chaufa' y el 'tallarín saltado'. Obsérvese que estas dos preparaciones se mezclan completamente, cuando son servidas en forma adyacente se le conoce como 'combinado'. Junto al plato puede apreciarse una botellita de 'sillao' o salsa de soya, acompañamiento tradicional de los platos del chifa peruano. |
