English: An Afghan girl plays with her baseball and glove at Camp Harriman, located in the Orgun District (Paktika Province) of Afghanistan, during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. Mr. Jay Smith, 96th Civil Affairs Battalion, donated the baseball equipment and this girl is reportedly the first Afghan girl, from her area, to ever own a ball and glove.
فارسی: دختر افغان با دستکش و توپ بیس‌بال در حال بازی در کمپ هریمن واقع در ولسوالی ارگون در ولایت پکتیکا در افغانستان. طی عملیات آزادی بلندمدت، جی اسمیت از گردان ۶۹م امور غیرنظامیان، تجهیزات بیس‌بال را اهدا کرد و این کودک گفته می‌شود نخستین دختر افغان از این ناحیه است که بیس‌بال بازی کرده‌است.
