English: This picture is taken of three female students in the Laboratory of the Food Technology department, in the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, as they conduct a session of their project work. From this picture, it's evident that the women are in a light mood, working seriously, but cheerfully. It's one of the attributes of African Women at work. Regardless of the condition of workplace, the nature of the work, the tasking deadlines we are to meet, we still work, as if it's stressless and with all seriousness, because we know the results wouldn't be less than great. I'm among these women, and I'm proud!
