"wearing a fur-brimmed blue cardigan Oil on canvas, 55 x 45 cm Hedvig Katharina, called Hedda, was the daughter of the Riksdag and Chancellery President Count Claes Ekeblad dy, and the scientist Eva De la Gardie and married Count Carl Gustaf Piper in 1769. She was state wife of Queen Sofia Magdalena 1774–1780, mistress of the court 1780–95 and chief mistress of the court 1795–1805.
